IN TIMES LIKE THESE WE MUST COME TOGETHER TO LOVE ONE ANOTHER - CARLTON WALKER - 9.28.2024
Carlton's daughter penned this heartfelt message, which has become his daily source of inspiration. It resonates deeply with him, reminding him that our children deserve nothing but the very best we can provide. This powerful sentiment fuels Carlton's determination to strive for excellence in everything he does, as he aims to be a role model and a source of strength for his beloved child.
This inspiring photo was taken on Saturday after Hurricane Helene, showcasing Carlton Walker with his truck and trailer as they were filled with supplies for the victims in Upstate South Carolina, a testament to the power of generosity and community spirit.
This photo highlights Carlton leading a convoy of 13 vehicles as they deliver significant amounts of materials to upstate South Carolina, showcasing a strong spirit of community support. Carlton’s truck made two trips, transporting an impressive total of 14,000 pounds of aid to assist our fellow South Carolinians in the Upstate.
Just after Helene destroyed our SC Upstate on September 27, 2024, Carlton proudly delivered over 14,000 pounds of material aid to the Connie Maxwell Orphanage on September 30, 2024. The children there were without power, food, and water, and many of them are without parents. Carlton hoped to inspire them and show them that they are loved. At the end of the delivery, a young girl expressed her gratitude with a heartfelt thank you. This type of support Carlton will bring as your representative.
Carlton captured the inspiring moment of his dad, who is courageously battling cancer, as he struggled to play "Taps" to honor fallen veterans in District 115. The remarkable life story of this African American man, who served in the Army and later owned shrimp boats, is a powerful testament to resilience. Despite his own struggles, Carlton's father continues to honor our veterans, embodying the principle of SERVICE ABOVE SELF. CARLTON WILL SUPPORT BUY LOCAL AND KEEP OUR WATERS CLEAN!
A big Thank You to my father for the opportunity of growing up on James Island, Folly Beach, and Johns Island, Carlton holds dear the memories of working on Seabrook and landing his first role in the movie "The Legend of Bagger Vance" on Kiawah. This journey deeply inspires Carlton to uphold the Walker name and continue his commitment to the community. Inspired by his father's dedication to service, Carlton is determined to give back, embodying the lessons his father instilled in him. He presented this gift to his father, hoping to enhance the remainder of his life as he battles cancer, fulfilling a long-held desire of his father to own a Porsche Boxster.
CARTA NEEDS TO COME TO THE TABLE!
