A Bill to make Exceptions for CWP Holders and Law Enforcement.
In the video above, Carlton explains to the Charleston County Park and Recreation Commission his proposal to remove the No Concealable Weapons signs from all county parks. Together with Graham Horsman, Carlton created a bill that would allow CWP holders to carry their weapons even in locations where such signs are posted.
Page 2 of the bill allows CWP holders and law enforcement to be added to "No Concealable Weapons" signs.
